B- egg cream (2 eggs, 1/2 cup almond milk, coffee, sf davinci's)
B2- 2 egg omlette with bacon and cheese
L- shredded chicken and steamed broccoli with alfredo sauce
D- 7 buffalo wings with celery and ranch, glass of red wine
