Today's eats

My first goal is to blog everything I eat. All of it, even the bad shit. I know bad shit happens, but maybe forcing myself to write it down here will at least get me to think about if it is worth it.

I am following a low carb/low glycemic diet recommended to me by my doctor. I am not eating only red meat and butter, and I am not going to give myself a heart attack.

So without further ado, here we go!

Breakfast- 2 eggs, 2 sausage links 3 carbs
Lunch- 4oz chicken breast with hot sauce, 2tbs bleu cheese dressing.
1 flax muffin with butter
Snack- handful of roasted peanuts
Dinner- 6oz pot roast, 3/4 cup sauteed mushrooms, 1 glass red wine
